IAG is the leading general insurance provider in New Zealand. Insurance products are sold directly to customers predominantly under the State and AMI brands, and through intermediaries (insurance brokers and authorised representatives) predominantly under the Lumley and NZI brands. IAG also underwrites insurance for some of New Zealand’s leading financial institutions including ASB, BNZ, PSIS and Westpac.
IAG in New Zealand has around 47% of the general insurance market and has more than 4000 employees.
Millpond has become a trusted provider of Change Management services for IAG through 2014 and 2015.
We have provided Change management services including business readiness assessment, transition planning and communications planning across a major transformation programme.
We were also chosen to provide change management across a major renovation and office move project. The recommendation below, was provided by the project sponsor…
