Sarah has over 15 years leadership experience and believes in putting people first to achieve successful and sustainable outcomes.   Sarah is a problem solver and has a passion for bringing clarity to complex situations. This supports her ability to work with teams and individuals to identify key issues and develop remediation plans. Sarah firmly believes that the key to success lies within an organisation and enjoys supporting teams to problem solve and on a larger scale, developing capability frameworks geared towards achieving excellence.

Sarah is mum to Jack and Ella and loves to spend her free time exploring the great outdoors with her family and making the most of any spare time to ski, tramp or sleep. Sarah is a self-confessed (and endorsed) terrible baker and holds an unofficial world title for producing the flattest banana cake on record at under 2cm.
